211 JCS Helpline - Get connected to 4,000+ resources within the Miami-Dade & Monroe community that offer: healthcare, housing, transportation, food, employment, mental health and/or human services.

Our helpline offers counseling, crisis intervention, suicide prevention as well as information and referral to services such as, child programs, food pantries, homeless assistance, community health clinics, legal services and much more.

Services are available in English, Spanish, Creole, and translation services are available for any other language.

The iPhone ® App for Mediwares CommunityPoint ® is the first ever mobile application for the 2-1-1/Information and Referral industry. Use this application to locate Resources on the go without needing a full computer. With this application you can:
